Ideal candidates will be active participants, work collaboratively with the CEO and Board members, and be willing to dedicate time and energy to the organization’s mission and goals.
Willingness to participate in Board meetings, committee work, and fundraising initiatives is essential. Openness to ongoing learning and growth as a Board member is expected.
Ideal candidates will have varying backgrounds, bringing diverse perspectives and skill sets to the Board.
Welcome Board members with connections to the local community and experience in advocacy, policymaking, or leadership roles.
