  • Ideal candidates will be active participants, work collaboratively with the CEO and Board members, and be willing to dedicate time and energy to the organization’s mission and goals.

  • Willingness to participate in Board meetings, committee work, and fundraising initiatives is essential. Openness to ongoing learning and growth as a Board member is expected.

  • Ideal candidates will have varying backgrounds, bringing diverse perspectives and skill sets to the Board.

  • Welcome Board members with connections to the local community and experience in advocacy, policymaking, or leadership roles.
