Carol’s Hope is open to anyone, 18 years of age and older, with or without insurance, who need addiction services. Upon arrival, Carol’s Hope staff conduct a needs assessment for each client and help them make a recovery plan. The comprehensive plan will address the client’s substance use disorder, as well as other social needs such as housing, food, clothing, and medical and mental health care. Clients will receive information and assistance in obtaining treatment funding and referrals, as well as linkages to other recovery resources.

Carol’s Hope is a 24-hour crisis intervention facility serving Berrien County, that provides a supervised, supportive setting for individuals with substance use and co-occurring disorders. As an alternative to emergency room care, the center provides clients a welcoming environment where individuals can develop a recovery plan and connect to services.
