Are you struggling with substance use?

Our inpatient services are available for individuals with or without insurance, who are struggling with a substance use disorder. Adults 18 years and older, with alcohol, opiate, or other drug dependencies can receive treatment and substance detoxification services in a positive, nurturing environment. We provide 24-hour medical monitoring and nursing care to assist with withdrawal during detoxification. Residential treatment typically involves a stay of 10 to 18 days. First Step: Insurance Authorization

  • We are proud to accept Medicaid and most private insurance.
  • If insured by Medicaid, or uninsured, contact Southwest Michigan Behavioral Health (SWMBH) to authorize your treatment.
  • If uninsured our staff will help you apply for Medicaid during your stay.
  • If the copay from private insurance is a barrier to treatment, our staff will help you apply for a block grant from SWMBH to cover that expense.
