S.T.R.E.E.T. Program Supervisor
Full-time, 40 hours per week, salary, exempt
Pay Range: $43,000 – $45,000 annually
Job Summary: 
The program Supervisor supervises the S.T.R.E.E.T. Afterschool Prevention Program and is responsible for program development and implementation.Inclusivity is a core value of Community Healing Centers. Supervision:  S.T.R.E.E.T. Program Staff 

Tasks/Responsibilities: 

  • Embrace, support, and implement Community Healing Center’s vision and values related to diversity, equity, and inclusion.
  • Prevention and Street Services Planning and Implementation, including managing the designated plan and developing objectives and methodologies for prevention and “Best Practices” for S.T.R.E.E.T. Afterschool during the agency’s planning cycle.
  • Funding/Budget Management under the guidance of the finance department.
  • Comply with CHC policies and CARF regulations.
  • Promote public relations, engagement, and cultural competency.
  • Community relations include but limited to, outreach to community medical professionals, Integrated Services of Kalamazoo Public Hearings, Kalamazoo ROSC Group, Kalamazoo SATF Action Strategy Team, Kyd Network, Board of Excellence, Kalamazoo County Task Force and Regional Meetings.
  • Maintain and provide access to current resources and supplies.
  • Present to targeted populations such as parents, seniors, youth, healthcare professionals, etc.
  • Plan and implement community activities for the S.T.R.E.E.T. with site liaisons.
  • Monitor enrollment at S.T.R.E.E.T. for Integrated Services of Kalamazoo (ISK.)
  • Provide monthly Reports, evaluations, and assessments.
  • Facilitate bi-weekly staff meetings.  Regularly meet with, touch base, coach, and develop direct reports; re-direct and discipline, as need be.
  • Conduct annual performance reviews with direct reports.
  • Supervise and train Afterschool Staff, as required.
  • Other duties as assigned.
Education: 
  • A bachelor’s Degree in community organizing, education, social work, psychology, or a related field required.
  • A master’s degree in community organizing, education, social work, psychology, or a related field preferred.
 Qualifications/Requirements: 
  • Experience in program development, coordination of services, and public relations, preferred.
  • Knowledge and experience in the developmental needs process with youth and adults preferred.
  •  Ability to establish and maintain effective therapeutic and working relationships with clients, families, and community representatives, required.
  •  All staff are required to be screened for tuberculosis and understand that    exposure to tuberculosis is possible.
  • Flu and Covid-19 vaccinations are required.
